1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

Ignite Ventures Life Insurance is a licensed, independent life insurance brokerage. We help individuals and families find life insurance coverage from multiple top-rated carriers. We are not an insurance carrier — we act as an intermediary between you and insurance providers to find the best fit for your needs.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Ignite Ventures Life Insurance. These messages may include:

• Insurance quotes and coverage information

• Follow-up messages regarding your inquiry or application

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations

• Important updates about your policy or inquiry

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and application status. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. 

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Ignite Ventures Life Insurance.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from Ignite Ventures Life Insurance. 

4. Eligibility

Our services are available to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in a state where we are licensed to operate. Insurance product availability may vary by state and individual eligibility.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or submitting an application. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage or cancellation of a policy by the insurance carrier.

 6. No Guarantee of Coverage

 Requesting a quote does not guarantee approval for insurance coverage. All applications are subject to underwriting review by the insurance carrier. Ignite Ventures Life Insurance does not make coverage or underwriting decisions.

 7. Privacy

 Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at igniteventureslife.com/privacy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ignite Ventures Life Insurance and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

 9. Limitation of Liability

 Ignite Ventures Life Insurance provides brokerage and referral services only. We are not liable for decisions made by insurance carriers regarding your application. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of this website or our services beyond the scope of applicable law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
